Inside The Ultimate Relationship Dynamic: The Indian Slave Speaks To Maeve And Poppy, A British FLR Couple

Greetings Everyone, it’s the Indian Slave here. I hope we’ve all been keeping safe and well out there. With the permission of Mistress Sophie I have posted an interview that I conducted with Maeve And Poppy, a British Female Lead Relationship couple who wished for me to find out what being in an FLR dynamic was really like.
So, Maeve and Poppy, welcome to Mistress Sophie’s blog featuring myself, the Indian Slave.

How did you and your partner(s) first meet, and what was the initial spark that drew you to each other?

We met at a birthday party for some mutual friends. We were introduced casually, and since Poppy and I share a few professional interests, our connection began from there. Poppy is a few years older than me, and his calm, mature presence naturally balanced my more precocious energy. By our third meeting, things took a more personal turn… we started discussing BDSM openly while he was explaining why his first marriage hadn’t worked out. That conversation revealed his submissive nature, and I instinctively picked up on it. One thing led to another, and by the end of the night, with a bit of alcohol in our system, we both ended up confessing our shared passion for the lifestyle. That was the beginning of us. The spark wasn’t loud or sudden, it was magnetic, honest, and aligned from the start.

When did you first discover your interest in kink, and what early experiences helped shape your attraction to it?

Poppy discovered his submissive side early on in life. Over the years, he’s had several experiences involving BDSM dynamics… particularly in submissive roles, which helped shape his understanding of his desires and limits long before we met. As for me, I’ve always had a deep need for control. Even during my university years, I noticed that the idea of domination wasn’t just a fantasy, it was something that felt natural and necessary. That need translated into kink quite organically. I began exploring the lifestyle seriously aged 18, during my first year at university. I started working as a Pro Domme while studying, organizing sessions through my Fetlife profile (which I no longer have). From there, things progressed quickly… hotel sessions, rented dungeons, and private spaces. Living in London made things easier; the kink community is vibrant, open, and full of opportunities for those serious about the craft. I hold two degrees, one in Computer Science and the other in Psychology, and throughout my academic years, I balanced my studies with what I used to call my “hobby,” though it always meant much more than that. Once I entered the professional world, my kink-related activities slowed down but never fully stopped.

The rhythm changed, but the fire remained. Now, with Poppy, it’s no longer a sideline. It’s a way of life.

What drew you specifically to a Femdom dynamic, and why does this style of relationship feel authentic to you?

For me, the Femdom dynamic has always felt instinctive… like slipping into something that was already mine. I’m a naturally assertive woman. I crave control, structure and clarity in all aspects of my life, and relationships are no exception. Being bisexual gave me an early lens through which I could appreciate and admire women deeply, not just romantically or sexually, but energetically. Over time, I began to recognize something that now feels very obvious: women are superior. Emotionally, intellectually, and in how we carry power… not through force, but through presence. Once you see that clearly, it becomes impossible to unsee. I believe that most women, if properly supported and awakened, can step into the role of a Domme. And truthfully? Most men, with the right woman guiding them, can be unraveled… completely and beautifully into submission. Femdom feels authentic to me because it reflects a deeper truth: that power, when held by the right hands, creates harmony. I don’t dominate to compensate… I dominate because it’s who I am.

How did you and your partner(s) go about building your femdom dynamic, and what was that process like in the early stages?

Our dynamic wasn’t something we rushed into, it was something we built up layer by layer, with intention and trust. From the very beginning, it was clear that Poppy had a submissive nature, and I had the desire and the instinct to lead. But even with that alignment, we took our time. It started with small acts of control: daily rituals, permission protocols, obedience around simple tasks. Power exchange isn’t just about kink, it’s about mindset, presence, and consistency. We had to find our rhythm, not mimic anyone else’s. Chastity was one of the first more serious elements we brought in. It shifted the energy instantly. Removing Poppy’s access to his own pleasure made his submission much more real… more grounded. The control of his arousal meant the power between us wasn’t just symbolic; it was physical. From there, feminization began to bloom naturally, and beautifully. As a bisexual woman, I adore the duality of having both a husband and a girlfriend in the same body. Poppy slowly began to embrace the softer, more feminine aspects of herself… lingerie, body care, curves shaped for my enjoyment.

Inside these four walls, he’s no longer just My partner, he’s My sissy. My doll. My creation. After that, we introduced Discipline and focused mainly on CBT… gently and with care. I’m not interested in pain for pain’s sake; I’m interested in what it does to him. How it softens him. How it reminds him who he belongs to. It became a tool not just of discipline, but of deepening intimacy. Cuckolding came later… deliberately and only when I knew his devotion could withstand the weight of that level of psychological surrender. It’s not just about other bodies… it’s about ownership, humiliation, and reinforcing his place at my feet, regardless of who else shares my bed. In the early stages, there were plenty of check-ins, boundaries discussed and rediscussed, emotions processed together. That’s what makes it real… not just the acts, but the shared honesty that anchors them. Now, our dynamic is woven into our everyday life. It’s not just something we do, it’s who we are.

How does your femdom dynamic work on a daily basis? For example, do you follow strict protocols, like needing permission for minor decisions, or is it more fluid?

We don’t follow rigid, military-style protocols, but our dynamic is structured, with rules that evolved naturally over time. Most of them came through open conversations, and others were simply imposed when I felt the moment required more discipline. When I need to be strict, I am… no hesitation. At this point, most small decisions, when we’re together, Poppy naturally defers to Me. He’ll ask for permission without needing reminders. It’s not forced; it’s simply how we operate now. When we’re apart, like during work hours, we follow our own paths, but certain elements are non-negotiable. Chastity, his lack of pleasure, the presence of pain and discomfort, and above all, my pleasure… those are the foundations of our relationship. They’ve been discussed, agreed upon, and deeply internalized. I don’t take them lightly, and I don’t tolerate mistakes when it comes to what we’ve clearly established. Our dynamic might appear fluid to others, but underneath it all, it’s deeply rooted in intention, control, and the quiet power of knowing your place.

What are the hard limits in your dynamic, and how do you and your partner(s) ensure those boundaries are consistently respected?

Like any healthy dynamic, we have limits in place, especially the non-negotiables. Ours are very clear: anything involving underage individuals, drugs, or loss of control through substance abuse is completely off the table. But perhaps the most important limit in our dynamic is around confidentiality and social boundaries. We value discretion. Breaches of privacy, unwanted exposure, or crossing agreed-upon lines in public or social contexts would be considered a serious violation. As for the physical and psychological aspects, those of you who follow us know: limits exist to be pushed, stretched, and sometimes broken, when I decide it’s time to place them on the table. We’ve discussed everything at length, and one of the beautiful things about our relationship is that both of us are open to exploring everything, with honesty, excitement and trust. Ultimately, communication and respect are the foundation of everything we do. That’s the only way to build a truly sustainable and fulfilling FLR: through clarity, consent, and continuous connection.

How do you navigate your kink identity in public or vanilla settings? Do you keep it private, or are there subtle ways you express it?

The biggest challenge for me has always been protecting the sanctity of our realm, our X account… keeping it a sacred, safe space where our dynamic can flourish without outside interference. What complicates things most is interacting with people from our daily lives, those who only know Poppy and Me through common friends or social circles. They see the surface, but they don’t grasp the depth of what exists between us… and frankly, they don’t need to. So far we’ve managed to navigate that balance well, keeping the full truth of our Femdom relationship private, while still allowing subtle expressions of control to filter through: a glance, a tone, a gesture. Nothing overt, but always present for those who know how to see it. As for the future? Well… it’s possible we may start to bring certain people from My vanilla world a bit closer to our world. And if you’ve been paying attention to our posts, you probably already have an idea of who I’m referring to. Let’s just say: some connections were never purely social to begin with.

What’s one of the most memorable or intense moments you’ve shared in your femdom dynamic, and why did it leave such an impact?

Without a doubt, one of the most impactful moments in our dynamic was when Poppy began engaging with Joshua as part of our cuckold scenario. Bringing Poppy into a sexual space not just as an observer, but as an active participant, especially during oral scenes involving both Me and Joshua, marked a significant milestone in his submission. Later, having him serve Joshua directly… that was an even deeper leap. This wasn’t something rushed. It took over a year of conversations, emotional preparation, boundaries discussed and redefined. We had multiple meetings, honest reflections, and space for Poppy to process what this would mean, not just physically, but psychologically. When it finally happened, it felt like the culmination of trust, surrender, and the depth of our connection. A moment that solidified his role, not just as my submissive, but as a sissy fully devoted to my pleasure, even when it meant sharing my body and witnessing his place from below. It was, without question, the peak of our journey so far. But we both know… more peaks are coming soon.

What challenges have you encountered in sustaining a femdom relationship, and how do you work through them to keep the dynamic strong?

Sustaining a Femdom relationship isn’t about keeping the spark alive… it’s about keeping the structure solid. And that takes far more than just kinky play or scheduled scenes. It takes emotional precision, patience, and an ongoing commitment to communication, even when it’s uncomfortable. One of the biggest challenges I’ve encountered is the emotional depth required to maintain control over someone you love. Poppy isn’t just my submissive, he’s my partner, my responsibility, and in many ways, a mirror to the space I hold. That means I have to show up fully, even when I’m tired, frustrated, or navigating my own life pressures. There are also moments of vulnerability… his and mine. Moments when the weight of our dynamic requires us to pause, recalibrate and return to why we chose this path. Another challenge is keeping the external world from disrupting what we’ve built. Careers, family, social appearances… they can sometimes collide with the structure of an FLR. The dynamic has to bend without breaking. It has to be fluid, but still unshakable at its core. What gets us through?
Communication. Respect. Intimacy. Ownership.

We talk. We listen. We adjust. And most importantly, we never stop choosing the structure we’ve created, because it gives both of us something more meaningful than freedom: purpose. It’s not always easy. But it’s always worth it

Looking back on your journey with kink and Femdom, what’s one personal lesson or moment of growth that you’re most proud of, and how has it shaped who you are today?

For both myself and Poppy, and for anyone navigating this kind of dynamic, the lesson we keep returning to is simple, but vital: respect. It’s the foundation not just of kink, but of any lasting relationship. In our world, where power is exchanged and control becomes intimate, respect isn’t optional… it’s everything. Our relationship may appear fragile on the surface, especially to those who don’t understand the depth behind a Femdom dynamic… but underneath, it’s often far stronger than most. That strength doesn’t come from protocol or punishment, it comes from communication. We talk. We listen. We check in. And through that, we create a space where both of us can grow… individually and together. I’m proud of how far we’ve come, and even prouder of how real we’ve kept it. What we’ve built isn’t a fantasy, it’s our life. And like any meaningful life, it’s shaped by honesty, vulnerability, and fierce devotion. This isn’t just our story so thank you for the opportunity to share a glimpse into something so important to us. We hope this small glimpse into our world brings clarity, encouragement, and maybe even a little light to the couples out there still discovering their path.

There’s no single way to live a Femdom dynamic… only the way that’s honest, intentional, and true to you.
Wow well there you have it folks, Maeve And Poppy have truly opened my eyes to the possibilities of kink and how they can be adapted into everyday lives. Thanks for reaching the blog everyone. So, it’s taken me a while to write this one but I’ve finally got round to it. As some of my deepest and truly devoted fans will know, this isn’t the first time that I’ve been featured on the amazing podcast show Your Kinky Friends, presented by the amazingly talented Mr Nicholas Tanek. Nicholas is by far a truly outstanding interviewer, with an international reach which touches the four corners of the globe. It’s always interested to broadcast and be interviewed on the Your Kinky Friends podcast, primarily because it takes place between multiple time zones. During my last interview on his show back in February 2025, Nicholas was keen to hear about my exploits on the road, as well in the dungeon as I’d just started not only the Chastity Challenge. But by far my main talking point was my specialist skills in Autistic clients and founding the now infamous S.D.S, aka the Special Domme Service. Normally it’s customary to be clothed in my Mistress finery when undergoing a kink related podcast. But on this occasion I’d opted for something a bit less formal, (partially because I was in a kitchen with an open window and the lights were on).

I suspected that Mrs Dimbles the frail old lady down the street wouldn’t’ve been too pleased if I’d given her a shock by wearing a PVC sexy catsuit and thigh high boots. According to my good friend whose kitchen I’d recorded it from, the neighbours were the type who would crane their necks over the fence to gaze at the sexy ladies recording podcast videos. Apart from giving Mrs Dimbles an accidental heart-attack and the next door neighbours kids a glimpse into an over 18’s world, it was time for me to speak to Mr Nicholas Tanek on the subject of BDSM, kink and fetish. Like many before him, Nicholas was shocked to know how many Autistic and ADHD individuals there were in the kink, fetish and BDSM community. (Or neurodiverse if you want to put another angle on it). If you want to know more, please check out Mr Nicholas Tanek’s amazing podcast series on YouTube called Your Kinky Friends. You’ll find my own interviews on there as well as many other outstanding guests that Nicholas has interviewed over the years.

In the words of Nicholas himself, “be cool, be kind, keep an open mind”.

Thanks for reading everyone.

The world of kink, BDSM and fetish is one which fascinates and intrigues me no end, with certain members of society being truly engrossed into it from long before I walked on the planet. One such person who encompasses this ethos is none other than Femdom legend Miss Kim Rub, a lady who’s wealth of knowledge far outstrips my own. If this were a game of Top Trumps, Miss Kim Rub’s stats would even make the most seasoned of players faint with envy. Her numerous achievements are far to lengthy to be listed here, although I most certainly recommend that you take the time to extensively read her monthly newsletter. Not to mention check out Miss Kim’s classes teaching BDSM, kink and fetish to novices and experienced ladies alike. I shall be linking all of her social pages at the end of this blog post so that you can see them all for yourself. This will give you all an in-depth understanding into the life of a lady who has almost devoted her entire lifetime to kink, fetish and BDSM. My own time in kink and BDSM has opened so many doors for me, so coming face to face with Miss Kim was one of the best moments in my kink career thus far.

I’d already become a veteran when it came to the number of meetings I’d had with Miss Kim, having attended at least two Queen Bee Society Drinks evenings in the past, as well as featuring on a video podcast series entitled ‘Kinky Points Of View’. Miss Kim’s humble abode was a location which very much sums up the meaning of the words, ‘hidden in plain sight’. It was a semi detached ordinary building which didn’t look out of place to the parade of shops or the high rise tower blocks around it. Naturally I won’t be divulging exactly where Miss Kim is located on a map, (as I know Miss Kim won’t thank me for shouting about where she lives). However what I can tell you is that the outside and the inside are completely polar opposites to each other. From the outside. the building itself looks like the personal art gallery of Banksy the street painting artist. The door is so jet-black in colour that it could easily be mistaken for the midnight sky above on a starless night, or even the inside of a coal mine. But the moment you step in through the door, your world is immediately transformed to worlds you couldn’t begin to imagine. It’s a maze of imagination, where kink and vanilla collide in a whirlpool of light and shadow.

It’s a lifetimes collection of memories, globally travelled expeditions and famous names in the world of BDSM, kink and fetish. I knew even before I’d crossed the threshold how many great names had walked in through the same doorway before me. Showing far more confidence than I truly had, I rung the doorbell and eagerly awaited for the stunningly divine Miss Kim to answer it. It was a tense few seconds, as I honesty thought that perhaps the doorbell hadn’t worked properly. I contemplated ringing it again, when suddenly the door opened and there stood Miss Kim, bubble gum pink hair swaying slightly from the light breeze outside. Having just unsaddled myself from a motorcycle, my own hair wasn’t exactly in you might call ‘showroom condition’. Despite this fact, Miss Kim still welcomed me in with open arms and a cheeky smile, displaying an air of elegance that I’d not seen in a long time. Miss Kim was bedecked in purely leather attire, but yet still emitted a level of power and control that is only visible in the mind. I can see why Miss Kim’s Podcast (What Would Kim Do?) is such a hit, because she’s one hell of an interviewer.

Over a course of strawberries and cream with multiple cups of tea, Miss Kim and I divulged into each others lives, including our shared passions of aviation and motoring. Turns out that Miss Kim in her earlier days had been one hell of a biker, powering around on some truly classical motorcycles. The sort of motorcycles which true petrolhead collectors would dribble in awe at from days gone by such as Norton’s, Triumph’s, BSA’s, AJS’s, even the odd Vincent here and there. My own motorcycle is considered to be a modern classic, so the moment that Miss Kim caught site of my biker chick leathers and proudly adorned Triumph jacket, there was just one course of action to take. That’s right folks, a mini photoshoot with two leather clad ladies each showing our support for the biking community. As many of you may not know, the vast majority of photos that I take are from professional photoshoots, so posing for the camera is not an alien concept to me. Not only did Miss Kim highlight to me that I’d been doing it wrong for years, but she then took the time to correct me on my posture and highlight how best to position myself in the future.

Some of us may remember that scene in the Pixar animated movie Toy Story where the little green aliens are rescued by Mr Potato Head, whereby they triumphantly exclaim “you have saved our lives, we are eternally grateful”. My words to Miss Kim on this occasion would be “you have saved my modelling image, I am eternally grateful forever and always”. It was a truly fabulous afternoon and one which would be later immortalised in print during Miss Kim’s May edition of her newsletter. I’m truly looking forward to seeing Miss Kim again soon, and encourage you all to follow her on X, Fetlife, even subscribe to her newsletter for more exciting monthly action from Rub Towers. Also if your a domme, do please take the opportunity to attend the Queen Bee Drinks in London, plus catch Miss Kim at the Gynarchy Gathering in Bedfordshire. I’m attaching Miss Kim’s Links below so you can all find Miss Kim and bask in the brilliance of a lady who is truly the headmistress of kink high. (Plus being able to dress the part too hehe).
