The Mistress Sophie Girlfriend Experience (Something New Starting From August 2026)

In recent times it’s been somewhat of an uphill struggle for professional dominatrices to make ends meet, mainly due to a plethora of reasons. Swelting heat, travelling distances, family commitments or even financial constraints always adds fuel to the ever-burning fire of society struggles. I’ve certainly not been an exception to the rule, as I’ve been struggling to see people throughout the months of both June and July. Mind you, it’s quite surprising that my client enquiries have severely dried up since we started experiencing a substantial heatwave in early June. This was where the nocturnal temperatures wouldn’t drop below the mid-20 degrees centigrade and climb to as high as the early 40s centigrade during the daytime. (On this occasion I’m glad that I didn’t get any requests to wear my catsuits). The quiet time in my domming schedule however has given me a chance to conduct a clear headed ponder over my current practicing kink inventory.

After chatting with a close associate recently in early June 2026, she made me aware of the fact that I should be offering the girlfriend experience kink. In retrospect, I’d never really taken the idea of how the girlfriend experience could work for me. It’s no secret that clients could mistake a session like this as being in some form of a sexual relationship with me. (As a side note, please do not try to proposition me into a sexual relationship with you because you will be blocked and ignored). It was only after I’d conducted some background research that I concluded in retrospect the girlfriend experience kink wasn’t as bad of an idea as I first envisioned. For those of you who are sitting there and thinking “what the hell are you on about”, let me give you a rundown on what exactly a girlfriend experience kink consists of. In short the girlfriend experience is exactly what it says on the tin, (or ‘idiots guide to dating book chapter one’ whichever way you look at it).

The only difference being that there is no form of sexual contact between myself and my clients, so no kissing, no penetrative sex or even no touching of my sensitive body parts whatsoever. However I will allow clients to take me out to dinner, trips to the cinema, or whatever else they’d love to do with a loving girlfriend partner in a vanilla setting. You could even buy me nice clothing to wear on said occasions, (providing that I’m comfortable wearing it of course). Plus you can just chat to me about anything you like, as sometime clients just need a little time away from their day to day lives to have someone who can listen to them. I could be a cute sweetheart towards you, or even a nasty bitch if you wished me too. (Providing of course that it doesn’t cause a unpleasant or nasty incident in public, as I’m not exactly keen about being arrested for sparking a riot which could easily be avoided).

I’m quite a role play queen I won’t deny when I fall into my domme like persona, so I’m sure that I can turn my mind to whatever my client’s minds desire. Thanks again for reading folks, as always, I can be seen for professional dungeon sessions at www.mistresssophieofhertfordshire.co.uk

The day-to-day workings of a professional dominatrix can leave many with the woeful delusion that we have an entire army of submissives doing our bidding without question. You soon start to realise however that there’s more to the image of a powerful goddess than many would realise, with 99.9 percent of our administration efforts going unnoticed and unannounced to our clients and the wider world. Confidentially is rule number one of the pro-domme game, because you’d like to be reassured that the woman whose just spent time with you in a private capacity isn’t then going to go plastering your personal information and deepest secrets all over the nearest online billboard. The same can be said for the professional dominatrix, as most operate without the knowledge of their closest family and friends or even alongside another full-time occupation. Like their clients, they too feel that they need to place their health, safety and welfare into the hands of those who have good intentions.

With that thought in mind, I wanted to take the time to tell you about an organisation which has very recently assisted me in my pro-domme journey. During a perfectly normal afternoon when I was halfway through answering my client session enquiries, an email dropped into my inbox. The email in question was from a lady by the name of Sarah, owner and organiser of an organization called ‘DommeDirectory’. At first the email sounded generic, the sort of email which would’ve been sent to a multitude of individuals as an advertising hook in the hope of scooping up a sale. Sadly I’ve seen how easy it is to scam individuals first hand, so was a little suspicious of the email thinking that there had to be a catch somewhere. Having said that, something in my gut told me that this email wasn’t the normal scam hooks that you see being generated by criminals using an artificial intelligence app.

So I wrote back in my professional tone stating that I was interested in their offer, with the proviso that if money is required to be paid then I wasn’t interested. And if money needed to be paid, I would require a forensic level of scrutiny before I started signing pay cheques. Fortunately Sarah had come up with a system for her DommeDirectory website which meant that dommes would advertise for free. Again, I questioned myself as too where the catch would be in this ‘too good to be true’ scheme. A wise lady once told me that nothing in life was free, like those adverts that make a claim for items which are free if you purchase two of the same item. (In other words ‘buy one get one free’). On this occasion however there was no catch, as the funding element came from the submissives. Normally when you see a dominatrix directory advertising page they have a free listing element, and then it’s down to said domme to then pay up if they want more advertising.

Now there’s nothing wrong with this, as the domme directory pages have to make money themselves to pay for basic maintenance of course. The trick is that the free listings can also be viewed for free, allowing timewasters to easily access these pages and then harass professional dommes with impunity. Sarah at DommeDirectory however had an alternative brilliant idea, whereby she lists the pro-dommes with full profiles but with the contact details censored. So what’s the point in that you may ask, as you’d need the details to contact said pro-domme for a session? And in that you would be correct, but by charging the client to see the contact information for send pro-domme you’re reliably preventing the timewasters from intentionally harassing you. For someone who isn’t keen on being harassed by timewasters (as most pro-dommes are if I’ll be honest), Sarah’s concept is truly a capital idea.

It’s also helpful to be verified too on the DommeDirectory website, which is something that Sarah takes very seriously with her tick system. Said ‘tick’ symbol on any of the listings means that the profile has been verified by the administrators. An excellent concept considering that since I’ve been listed on the DommeDirectory website that my enquires have increased considerably. It’s understandable that I still get the timewasters, (as any domme sadly does). But in overall retrospect, it’s still displaying that Sarah’s yellow pages for professional dominatrix’s is actually paying off. If you’re a pro-domme and not already signed up to the DommeDirectory website, then I urge you to do so asap. Sarah and her team can be contacted via the DommeDirectory email address at hello@dommedirectory.com where she is willing to communicate and assist any professional dommes out there as well as subsequently point submissive clients in the right direction.

The DommeDirectory website is at https://dommedirectory.com, whereby you can find your’s truly also listed under the ‘Hertfordshire’ section. Please don’t go looking for me in the London dommes section, (as many people mistake me as being a London dominatrix when I’m actually a Hertfordshire one). Every so often in the career of a professional dominatrix, it’s important not just to confine yourself to the four walls of your own BDSM dungeon playroom. Up and down the UK resides a plethora of BDSM, kink and fetish related events, with varying degrees of fun and pleasure contained within their remits. While doing a regular Google search for nearby events, one such BDSM event that had presented itself on my radar went by the name of Club Femdom. A rather luxurious kink night in the heart of London which turned out more like a human raffle than a simple meet and greet for dommes and submissives. As per normal I felt it was important not to undergo this exciting new venture alone, so therefore I called upon my good friend Goddess Alex Keeper if she wished to join me for the Club Femdom night out in London. As you’ll know from my pervious blogs on my website and other platforms besides, Goddess Alex Keeper and I have become quite firm friends.

Many of you will know Goddess Alex Keeper from her YouTube channel and social media pages, in which she is a skilled A.S.M.R artist displaying her skills in voicework and glove wearing. It was after all Goddess Alex Keeper who also attended the Femdom Ball with me back in October 2025, showing off her glorious curves in a fabulously flawless maroon coloured ball gown. It was remarkably on the chilly side for a June night when I arrived outside Goddess Keeper’s house, inputting the postcode address for the Club Femdom location into my sat nav while Goddess Keeper sieved through a mountain of kink outfits. Let me tell you something gents, when it comes to ladies and mirrors a full-scale dilemma erupts out into the open. The dilemma in question is a plethora of clothing choices, hair styles, jewellery pieces or even whether to wear extension nails to compliment your outfit.

Searching for handy hints and tips on fashion advice, Goddess Keeper had contacted me a few days prior to the Club Femdom event to enquire about what I would be wearing myself. For me it was a no brainer, as I had a choice of two outfits to choose from to go to a kink event as my dominatrix persona. The outfits in question were my scarlet red full body catsuit, and the black leather leotard and stiletto style boots (both images of which can be seen on my website gallery if you wished to take a sneak peek for yourselves dear reader). I’d also complimented my black leotard outfit with a long flowing leather trenchcoat, whereby only my boots were visible underneath. Goddess Keeper meanwhile had spent days googling the Club Femdom website trying to pick up some inspiration, with search results coming back stating terms like ‘40s fur glam’ or ‘dress to impress’.

Nevertheless, Goddess Keeper had still achieved a truly magical look by going with a black lace dress with leather highlights and below the knee high-heeled boots. On any other normal occasion, the use of public transport would’ve been utilised for a trip in and out of London, as was the case during my last kink outing into London for the Femdom Ball back in October 2025. On this occasion however Club Femdom didn’t close it’s doors until 3am in the morning. Brilliant for late night party animals with access to even the most basic twenty-four-hour hotels nearby, but not so handy on the train which ran a late service departing from London Liverpool Street at 11:30pm at night. Therefore I concluded that my faithful car would be the best transport tool for the job to ferry myself and Goddess Keeper in and out of the city. The journey down to London was absolute bliss, as it was the early evening hours.

A time in which the workday commuter would be absent from the road, spending their evenings either enjoying a pink down the pub or in front of the TV watching the footie. (These are just the first two examples I could think of, so please don’t be insulted if I’ve not listen you’re favourite hobby that you wish to conduct in your spare time). In recent years an entire list of new driving restrictions like the ULEZ scheme and Congestion Charge zone have made it easier for vehicles to operate freely around the City and Greater London areas. The one constant predicament within the capital area of London that still remains at large however is parking, (or the lack of it I should say). Despite the numerous parking restrictions in place around the Club Femdom venue however, we managed to find a quiet NCP run car park only around two hundred yards walk from the Club Femdom main entrance.

It struck me how some areas of the city could be packed full to bursting, whereas other districts were as silent as the grave. The NCP car park in question wasn’t particularly well lit, making me vividly think back to what it would’ve been like in previous centuries when only candles were being used to light the many dingy and dark London streets. I’m glad for one thing that the perks of 21st century was certainly coming to our aid, as phone torches and internal car lighting are perfect bastions of guidance if you’re ever stuck in an area with no street lighting. Without putting too fine of a point on it, but the way in which myself and Goddess Keeper were dressed for the Club Femdom night could have quite easily seen us mistaken as working girls by the passing drivers. Thankfully the NCP car park was empty except for a few stationary cars, so walking to and from the parking meter to sort out the parking didn’t present much of a challenge for us.

What did come as a shock however was that the car parks in central London didn’t operate around the clock, which included the one we were sat in at the time with my car. To cut a long story short, NCP have a policy whereby their gates are locked every night at 10pm in said East London location. Therefore my car would’ve needed to move away from the car park before 10pm, which was sadly no good for us. Thankfully I wasn’t charged for the parking but it was that point that Goddess Keeper had a brainwave. The plan in question was too head further away to a known area of free parking in East London before then flagging down the nearest taxi to take us back to Club Femdom directly. As daft as this crazy scheme sounds, it’s fundamentally the key principle behind policies such as ‘park and ride’ which operates in major cities across the UK such as Birmingham, Manchester, Cambridge, Oxford and many more besides.

It was at this point that Goddess Keeper suddenly came over all giggly, because of a scene which sadly I hadn’t been a witness too because I was somewhat preoccupied attempting to flag down a nearby black cab. It transpired that in searching for a black cab to take us back to the Club Femdom venue, Goddess Keeper had gained the eagle eyes of a rather handsome American chauffeur driver who thought that she was a hooker working the streets. I’m glad now that I was wearing a fully opaque trenchcoat, as the clattering of my heels on the pavement had even made the taxi driver look at me in a rather sexy way. Thankfully the taxi driver had agreed to take both myself and Goddess Keeper back to Club Femdom, although I couldn’t help but think that he’d done this not just because of the fare but also because we were two ladies who were dressed in a rather provocative manner likely to arouse most of the male population.

Two hours after departing from home and a fun comfortable taxi ride later, we finally arrived at the main door to Club Femdom itself. Once inside past the security guard and help desk however, we were greeted with a scene of utter beauty. Lined up along the bar was around twenty male submissives with collars around their necks some with a plain black outfit, whilst others had decided to push the boat out and were dressed with nothing more than a pair of pants and leather straps across their bodies. Some had even decided to go into full pet mode, with leads and masks to complement their outfits. The club had a policy of zero nudity in force, which was completely understandable as I wasn’t prepared to stare at a cock that wasn’t housed in a chastity cage. When gazing around at the other dommes present at the club, it was clearly obvious to us both that being in dominatrix attire was an excellent call to make on the wardrobe front.

It was at this point that both myself and Goddess Keeper were invited by the chief dominatrix of the evening to participate in the raffle, which later turned out to be more like a lottery. As a concept, it played out more like a random speed date night than any form of kink event that I’d ever been too before. In simple terms each domme and submissive present would take it in turns to write their name on a whiteboard, which would then be placed into a sorting hat of sorts. (And no I’m not talking about the withered old witch’s hat which sits on the small wooden stool at Hogwarts). Every thirty minutes or so, the chief dominatrix would call the room to order and read out the names of those submissives who’d been selected. Each domme would be given a number, whilst each submissive wrote their names to be read out of the sorting hat at random. I was given the number four, whilst Goddess Keeper was listed as number three on the whiteboard.

After my name was read out, I was paired with a submissive called John (not his real name) who it later transpired had never been too Club Femdom before either. Having become a seasoned veteran now of trips out to countless kink club around the country, I came to realise that the sorting hat concept at Club Femdom was a truly remarkable idea. Most times when I attend to kink clubs for meet and greets, I’m always in the awkward position that I don’t know anyone whose there or how best to interact with others. Normally I would counteract this issue by taking someone with me, although 99.9 percent of the time my associates are away doing other things and unable to attend. So having a concept at an event whereby you’re randomly partnered with a submissive who will attend to your every whim for a period of time before the next raffle was truly groundbreaking and incredibly well thought out.

By the end of the evening I’d been served by two rather keen submissives, both of whom had given me purely relaxing massages both on my legs and feet. Goddess Keeper too had racked up being served by nearly four submissives, one of which had given her a cheeky wink as we both departed from the club at nearly 1am in the morning. Once again we managed to flag down a black cab taxi, which agreed to give us a lift back to my car parked up in another part of town. The journey home was interesting as while enroute back to our house we inadvertently strayed into a security area in which the security guard asked if he could check inside the boot. It was at this point that I become a little more wary about what was going on because the security guard merely opened up the boot, starred at the inside for all of about two seconds and then closed the boot lid again stating that everything was fine and dandy.

As the security gate opened and we drove away both myself and Goddess Keeper exchanged puzzled looks, deeply wondering what the hell had just happened. “Why only check the boot; surely you’d want to look around the whole vehicle rather than just the boot space” I asked Goddess Keeper as she just fired a confused face right back at me. “No wonder it’s so easy for terrorists to get in and blow stuff up these days if that’s the kind of lacking security checks that go on around here” I replied which made Goddess Keeper snort out a giggle of laughter. “It’s a good thing he didn’t decide to search us” Goddess Keeper replied, making me realise that actually we’d got away with murder at that point. The security guard would’ve received the shock of his life if he’d tried to get us to take off our coats, partially because our dominatrix outfits underneath made us look like streetwalking red light district hookers.

“Trust a sat nav to take you home ah, it will be telling me to drive up the side of a building next time I switch it on” I joked as Goddess Keeper couldn’t help but comically snigger at the fact that she’d nearly been strip searched by an eager eyed security guard. So then folks, if you ever wondered what dommes sometimes get up to in their spare time at least it might give you a fairly good idea of some of the adventures and unexpected situations that we come face to face with. The one unmoveable element about kink that I truly love is that sometimes you just never know what might come your way. A short while ago now I came into contact with the highly passionate and flawless Mistress Tess, a divinely inspirational goddess of a lady who has moved mountains within the kink community since she’s been active on the scene. With such a heavyweight of the Femdom world making waves within the community, you can imagine how honoured I was to receive an invite to one of Mistress Tess’s events. This particular gathering however was a little different to what was considered the conventional kink event seen on the multiple online kink related platforms. Primarily it was an invite only event, but with a little twist in mind for the attendees. The twist being that the vast majority of those present weren’t kinksters at all, but rather vanilla individuals instead.

Even the most inexperienced of kinksters will now more than likely be shaking their heads and saying, “how does that work exactly”? Well fear not you hardcore kinky sceptics, because Mistress Tess’s grand plan for such events are that it’s a chance for non-kinksters to get a taste of what true kink life is like for dommes and subs alike. (And it’s certainly not what’s been betrayed in Fifty Shades Of Grey, that’s for sure). Behold I present to you Mistress Tess’s Vanilla Corruption, or V.C for short. (Not to be confused with the common abbreviations of ‘Vacuum Cleaner’ and ‘Victoria Cross’). Vanilla Corruption as an event is exactly what it says on the tin, designed to corrupt the internal senses into revealing that such vanilla ways of life are not the only elements to the secret world of kink. It may come as no surprise to any of you that Mistress Tess has a considerable number of friendly associates in her contacts list, with not all of them classified as kinksters.

I’d attended a few V.C events before alongside Mistress Tess’s lifelong friend Miss Kim Rub, who herself had been around kink long before the days of social media and the internet. You can always tell when you’re around a true dominatrix, because they are the ones who accept you for who you truly are. I got a taste of some of the open-minded individuals that Mistress Tess has in her life, primarily down to the fact that I was welcomed in with open arms while attending the Vanilla Corruption afternoon. Leading up to the first V.C event of 2026 in early May, I was sadly having to take a break from my email communications because of a rather pesky stalker who was proving to be something of a mental health nightmare. (I may cover this story in a later blog folks, so watch this space on that one). Unfortunately owing to my stalker pest, I’d handed over control of my email communications to my personal assistant.

Sadly my personal assistant had managed to miss out the one vital communication which was to contact Mistress Tess about the May V.C event. (I did punish him for this, as is expected when a personal assistant fails to carry out their duties). As the sunshine was beaming down that day, I decided that I would ride rather than drive out to the Vanilla Alternative club. (Just off the northbound A1 carriageway between Sandy and the Black Cat roundabout, in case anyone wondered where it was). Unbeknownst to myself, I would later learn that Mistress Tess had relocated Vanilla Corruption to an alternative venue for reasons which I was told but not permitted to release to the public. (Naturally I’m not permitted to divulge the new location for Vanilla Corruption, under strict instructions from Mistress Tess herself). What I can tell you however is that it’s the perfect venue for a little piece and quiet surrounded by large expanses of glorious countryside.

The sounds of blissful wildlife fill your ears as well as the odd occasional vintage aircraft performing superb aerial manoeuvres above your head. It’s also the sort of location where you could quite easily perform the perfect kinky weekend getaway and even make use of the large barns on the site to construct the perfect dungeon. You can imagine my surprise therefore when I rolled up at the Vanilla Alternative Club near Sandy expecting to see a car park full of vehicles, only to be greeted by a scene out of the Walking Dead. (Except without the zombies). The car park was completely bare, with the exception of myself and one other van which clearly belonged to the local neighbour who owned the site. “Funny, it’s less than fifteen minutes to go before the event starts and there’s not a soul in sight” I thought to myself. It then slowly dawned on me that perhaps I’d mistaken the date of when Mistress Tess was holding the Vanilla Corruption event.

After double checking my online records, I discovered that I hadn’t made a mistake on the date and time of the V.C event. “Has it been cancelled maybe” I thought; but no, yet again I discovered that there were no posts indicating that the event had been cancelled. I stood there for a second or two scratching my head, wondering what the hell was going on. Suddenly I was confronted by one of the ladies who worked at the Vanilla Alternative club who demanded to know what I was doing there. I then proceeded to tell her that I was there for Mistress Tess’s Vanilla Corruption event, when I suddenly received an email from none other than Mistress Tess herself. Mistress Tess instructed me to depart from the Vanilla Alternative site and then call her once I was out of earshot of the Vanilla Alternative organisers. My hairs were standing up on the back of my neck, as I was starting to sense that more was going on than what was being discussed.

As instructed I mounted back onto my motorcycle and rode swifty away from the site, only glancing momentary over my shoulder to check on the oncoming traffic on the A1. Thankfully I was riding that day with my state-of-the-art Bluetooth crash helmet, so was able to ring Mistress Tess on her phone number once on the A1 away for the Vanilla Alternative club. I won’t go into the exact details of what happened, but to cut a long story short I was told that the V.C event had now moved location and then sent an address of where to ride to. I’m so glad that it was a stunningly bright sunny afternoon that day, as the ride up to the new venue took me along some gloriously sculpted biking routes. Thankfully I arrived safely at the new V.C venue, to find that Mistress Tess was entertaining a full house. In total there must have been at least twenty ladies, including six to seven willing submissives all collared and in chastity cages.

The location was a fine Georgian-built property, with an upstairs room devoted entirely to Mistress Tess where she would play with her submissives in a sparklingly clean dungeon space. At first I was under the impression that I’d stepped foot into a house belonging to the Isle Of Man TT legend Guy Martin, as there was a Triumph Bobber motorcycle parked up on its centre stand beside the wall. As you can probably imagine I felt a spasm of excitement surrounded by such a wonderful collection of motoring excellence, and it became even more exciting while I was getting changed out of my biking gear. As I was preparing myself to greet Mistress Tess’s fellow female guests and hooded willing submissives, a vintage Supermarine Spitfire fighter plane was buzzing around low overhead. Being such a lover of all thing’s aviation and motoring, I could help but throw open the window and soak in the elegant soundtrack of the Rolls-Royce Merlin engine.

(Anyway, I digress into years past; I should be speaking about kink and domination rather than boring you all to death with a monologue about the greatest fighter plane and aero engine ever made). When I finally made it downstairs into the main play area, I was greeted by a few familiar faces and some news ones. It later transpired that many of the assembled ladies were current and former bikers themselves, so you can probably guess how keen they were to investigate my own Triumph motorcycle. At one point I was even joined by one of Mistress Tess’s close family, who’d never ridden on a motorcycle and was keen to know what it felt like. (I won’t disclosing which family member they are, as I don’t have their permission to mention their name). As per usual I couldn’t resist the opportunity to grant a wish to someone related to Mistress Tess, and so I fired up my Triumph motorcycle and took them for a ride along the road.

Let’s just say that the broad Cheshire cat like smile didn’t leave their face for some time afterwards, so I can tell that they thoroughly enjoyed the experience. After such a pleasurable ride, I was then given the opportunity to have a wonderful massage by one of the eagerly serving submissives. As anonymity is the name of the game within the kink world, I shall be referring to this lovely submissive as Bob. Bob was a youngish looking chap whose youthful hands were amazing at making a ladies feet feel super soft and sensual. “Bob, Mistress Sophie expects a foot massage” were Mistress Tess’s commanding words. After making myself comfortable, Bob then proceeded into his foot massage work. Bob was a superb relaxing handman, whose background ironically enough was in helping those recover from sports injuries and massaging of the ancles, feet and toes. Bob soon detected that my feet had seen enough action to last a lifetime while he rubbed away at my toes.

“I’m guessing you’ve had some form of crash Mistress” asked Bob as I nodded and replied with the words, “yes I have; I’ve had a number of motorcycle collisions over the years, most recent was in October/November 2025”. Bob smiled at me in a reassuring way, because in that very moment Bob had found a sensitive area in my feet which made me purr with joy like a contented cat. For all of you foot fetish lovers out there it maybe worth stating that my feet are more rugged and harder than most ladies out there, although I’ve learnt that the tougher a pair of feet are the more that a submissive loves to worship them. (If I’ve got that part wrong then I do humbly apologise, but please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me and correct me on this subject). After around fifteen minutes or so I was truly content with Bob’s performance and so Bob was allowed to move away and massage another ladies feet.

After the nibbles had been consumed at nearer to dinnertime, it was time for the submissive Olympic games to begin. Such games included the balloon and dildo relay, whereby each submissive had to pass the balloon and dildo to each other using only their mouths and legs. The levels of giggling laughter which filled the room during this episode was bountiful and so high pitched that I’m surprised that the glass windows didn’t shatter under the stress of it all. After pass the dildo balloon race was over, it was then time for dildo bobbing which was the same as the ye old apple bobbing traditions from centuries prior. Except only this time it was silicone play toys which were being fished up out of the water rather than the Granny Smiths. One particular submissive who I shall nickname ‘the human fish’, managed to scoop up a monumental ten separate dildo butt plug toys completely smashing a previous record made by his predecessor.

It’s no joke when I say he was a human fish, as he could hold his breath underwater for so long that he would’ve given Guinness book of record champion free divers a run for their money. Then came the pony racing championships, lead by Mistress Tess’s fellow dominatrix Miss Lilly, who made a fabulous effort to recreate the Ancient Roman chariot racing out of pony traps pulled elegantly by human submissives. I couldn’t help but hum Vagners classical hit piece of music ‘Ride Of The Valkyries’ whilst watching Miss Lilly put her human ponies through their paces. Most of the ladies present throughout the group were all from a vanilla background, so the vast site of so many naked submissive men in black collars and locked chastity cages were making them all quite giggly. Heading home was an interesting challenge, as I’d watched throughout the day as an ominous stormy like cloud had been hovering just over the horizon to where I was at the time.

Surprising to say shortly before I departed from the Vanilla Corruption venue I was drenched from head to foot in water, as the downpour was a complete washout. Despite being drenched from head to foot by the rain, it couldn’t dampen my spirits from the day’s fun. Mistress Tess truly knows how to lay on a party for both kink and vanilla individuals alike. I will be sure to be back for the next Vanilla Corruption event later this year, so there should be a blog about that coming soon. As many of us will attest too, it’s truly delightful when a direct message appears in your inbox requesting for your assistance. As some of my closest friends will attest too, I am a helpful soul who does my upmost to assist my fellow kinksters wherever possible. While innocently scrolling through my newly opened BlueSky account, I came across a delightful chap by the name of Oz. (I’m sure he won’t be put off with me naming him directly, although I shall be sure to redact this part in case Oz says otherwise). When I hear the name Oz my mind immediately jumps to one of two things. The first is the Wizard of Oz and the second is our wonderful commonwealth allies the Australian’s. Speaking of wizards, those of you who stand as Potter fan’s will have noticed that I’ve made references to a magical railway station in the title to this article. The unmoveable separation between the fantasy world and reality in the form of paperback books, bricks and mortar.

Having now become quite a seasoned traveller on trains, one of the many facets that you notice while at a train station is the familiar sight of the train guard. In the soot-blackened days of steam trains the guard was there primarily to make sure that the trains arrived and departed on time, as well as ensuring that passengers safely embarked and disembarked from said train in the platform. Although the days of steam trains on mainline railways is a memory of the distance past that our great grandparents may speak of from their living room armchairs, the modern-day railway guard still carries with them a multitude of items. By far the three most vital items are a whistle, as well as a pair of green and red coloured flags. Naturally I don’t need to explain to you all how different coloured flags or neck-worn station whistles work, but it does bring me neatly onto the subject matter of today’s discussion.

After the success of my first article of how submissives can best approach pro-dommes, I was asked if I had any more advice to give. “Absolutely” I replied, feeling it was best to highlight some of the most important elements on being in the BDSM, kink and fetish community. “Why don’t I share with you all the importance of seeing green and red flags when it comes to kinksters” I responded in a direct message on BlueSky. I find it incredible that despite the ever-present language barrier throughout the world between different nations, the one element we can cling onto with certainty is our ability to recognise colours. In the BDSM, kink and fetish community this is something commonly referred to as the traffic light system. Even for those of us who don’t drive, it’s universal around the world that when a green light is displayed, proceed as normal. If an amber light is displayed be prepared to stop; and if a red light is displayed, stop immediately.

If your kink is anything to do with traffic lights, you’d be a bit stuffed as by regularly shouting ‘red’ to halt the session the dominant wouldn’t be able to understand this. (In a situation involving traffic light kinks, I would reframe from using any words linked to motoring as safe words). You could just find yourself being run over in exasperation; run over, get it haha. Anyhow, enough of my traffic and driving related humorous quips. For all other elements of kink, BDSM or fetish related play however, the traffic light system works a treat. When it comes to clear and present danger signs however, amber is often a colour entirely neglected altogether. Because when it comes to spotting the positive and negative signs, we automatically associate this with ‘red’ and ‘green’. Which brings me back to the flag analogy and it’s links between the tenacious train station guard and the kink community.

As we all know, consent is the number one top subject throughout BDSM, kink and fetish. It’s the factor that binds us all together whether we identify as dommes, submissives or even switches. Even if we don’t think about it constantly, we’re always trying to identify friendly and hostile individuals. From a pro-dommes perspective, these factors present something of an interesting challenge for us. Where do we draw the line between what’s a green flag, (aka a good sign) or a red flag (aka a bad sign)? This stems back somewhat to the discussion I had in my previous article about how best to approach a pro-domme from a submissive’s perspective. As a pro-domme I see a lot of green and red flags throughout my work, as well as at kink events that I’ll sometimes attend throughout the year. As a pro-domme you’re always constantly prepared to expect the unexpected before anyone even makes contact with you.

Open mindedness is the name of the game as they say, so you’ll get those who generally respect you and you’re time for what it is. And then you’ll get those truly pathetic keyboard masturbater’s who just want a quick w””k at your expense. In this next section I speak mainly to the submissives, although as dommes you’ll probably benefit from this knowledge as well. When I’m approached by a submissive via digital communication, I must assume first and foremost think with an open mind. I have to that they’re a timewaster, but genuine and worthy of my time. In my own experience a true submissive is one which makes the initial communication with courtesy and respect. If a submissive approached me with something along the lines of “alright sexy”, then I’d politely tell them to go and have sex with themselves before then instructing said parasites to get the hell away from my direct messages.

Those kinds of red flag individuals are easy enough to spot in general, because in a vanilla setting that could almost be construed as sexual harassment. but what about the ones which take the opposite route? When I say the opposite route, I mean the ones who will message you properly but then deliberately string out the conversations leaving you with mountains of messages to read through. This is a sly and rather idiotic tactic usually reserved for those pathetic cocksuckers who get a sexual high from reading your messages while pleasuring themselves sexually in the process. Gentlemen, a word of friendly advice from a lovely lady; think through your head, not through you’re penis. Getting back to the part I said about ‘having a w””k at your expense’ I mean those such idiotic morons that are clearly not worth your time or energy. One such ‘so-called’ client I came into with once clearly couldn’t tell the difference between fantasy and reality.

This particular gentleman (and I use that term loosely), thought it would be a brilliant idea to message me stating that he was already my collared submissive and awaiting further orders from me. Naturally I’d never even met this person before, let alone decided to collar him as my own personal submissive. It was at this point that I decided to engage operation ghosting, and just simply ignored him. In situations like that ghosting someone is more than perfectly acceptable, as that person is being a hindrance rather than a help. In nine out of ten cases, most timewasters like this guy would get bored and move on; only this one didn’t. What followed afterwards was a complete avalanche of emails in which they were detailing out the dreams and plans that said submissive believed would happen under my guidance and command. “Wow what a surprise, yet another demented d**khead who thinks I was born yesterday” I sat there thinking to myself.

Even before I’d reached the end of the first email, my eyes felt like they could’ve been diagnosed with severe cancer because of all the pointless wording. Naturally this sort of communication is a huge ‘red’ flag to a dominatrix. Why? Because anyone who messages me claiming that they are my personal property in the first few emails isn’t a real kinkster. Sorry everyone, it must be said; being a personal submissive to a domme aka collaring is a serious commitment. That would be the equivalent of asking you to get a tattoo on yourself for a person you’ve never even spoken too, let alone met in real life. What sane and rational thinking person would tattoo the name of a stranger on their own body? (Bearing in mind that tattoos are permeant bodily fixtures which even the most powerful of detergents can’t remove without causing serious injury to yourself). It takes a considerable effort for me to be confident enough to fix a collar around a submissive’s neck.

To expect a professional dominatrix to collar a submissive within the first few email communications is tantamount to utter lunacy, no questions asked. Having heard exactly what the ‘so-called’ submissive had to say, I decided to play a little psychological game on them. “I’m so pleased to hear that slave, now go and transfer your entire life savings into a bank account which I will set up in my name”. As you can probably tell the response from said submissive was blunt and to the point, in which they stated quote “I won’t do that Mistress”. “Well why did you tell me that you had no limits then” I asked in my politest of voices, making an effect to emphasise that he clearly had limits despite clearly stating he had none? One of the biggest red flags I see as a pro-domme is when you get the bog-standard first-rate fantasist. The submissive who claims to have no limits and then becomes all offended when you give them a direct order that they’re clearly unhappy about.

Unremarkably enough following on from the end of my sentence about having no limits, I never heard from that submissive again. They just simply ghosted me, as if I was nothing more than a passing whisp of smoke on the wind. This is by far the biggest red flag of them all. If a submissive says that they have no limits, disengage immediately! Or at best, politely ask them to move on and reframe from contacting you again. For the submissives reading this, if a domme states that they will session with you when you’ve requested a no limits session to said domme its most certainly a scam. No domme whether they’re a professional dominant or a private player in their back room will accept a no limits play session. This is mainly for one of two reasons, firstly because not having a safe word is dangerous especially in more extreme levels of play. And secondly because such antics of ‘no limits play’ could leave said domme wide open to attack.

Not just from the relatives of said submissive, but also from the police and crown prosecution service. Even getting said submissive to sign a consent form stating that they won’t report you doesn’t protect the domme from prosecution. Even with the best lawyer in the world beside them at the trial, a domme will still be seen as criminally liable even if full consent was given by the submissive in writing before said session. Red flag number two, does said domme that you wish to see for a session have a website or social media channels? If they don’t then this a sign to walk away immediately. It’s no secret that not every domme out there wants to be plastered all over the internet for any number of legitimate reasons. This could be to do with their work, social lives or even just a simple taboo between their friends and family. So it’s understandable why some dommes will want to remain hidden to the wider world around them.

Although it’s important to remember that the more private a particular profile is, the more that you’ll want to investigate into them. It’s the same as profiles I see on places like FetLife and BlueSky, (I won’t mention places like X/Twitter etc as they are not friends to the kink community). If I look at a profile and see that there full of nothing but disgusting dick pics, this is a huge red flag for me. Yes, the person behind the profile could be genuine; but is their cock and balls really the most attractive part about them? It’s not like you can just go and stare at a pair of cock and balls whilst out shopping in say Tesco’s or your local high street, so why plaster them all over your social media pages? Profile biography’s (or Bios as there more commonly known), are another area to look at when spotting the red flags as well. A bio after all is describing yourself to the rest of the world, so you’d want to make it look as professional as possible.

When I witness sentences like “I hate writing these” or even one/two-word descriptions of themselves, I think that said profile can’t be bothered or they’ve got something to hide. Even those of us with severe anxiety can still find positive and helpful words to describe ourselves in social media bios for crying out loud. Anyone who does professional kink related domination as a profession will have at least a website to show for it, so that’s the first item to look out for when searching for pro-dommes. If they don’t even have a website to show you, then chances are you’re talking to a scam dominatrix. Social media profiles cost nothing to set up and run, which is why their a popular favourite among scam artists. Websites on the other hand cost money to set up and maintain, so it’s more than likely that a genuine professional is behind said website. If a domme contacts you out of the blue asking for money when you’ve not requested a session for them, that’s also a scam too.

I came across one particularly deluded dominatrix in the past who was wholeheartedly convinced that if she advertised on herself without a website using a facial application software to change her features, that clients would be banging on her door showering her with trainloads of cash. I was exceptionally quick to inform her (in rather undiplomatic language I’m sorry to say) that if she thought this would be true, she was ten times more deluded in her endeavours than the keyboard masturbaters were. Naturally we all like to show off our best side to the camera, so it’s understandable why certain images will have higher lighting levels or appear like the biproduct of a clever A.I generated fake. But to go as far as to alter your appearance just to get clients is I’m sorry to say false advertising. Your website is you’re billboard; it tells the world who you are as a person and what you’re offering the community.

If you start posting images which are not of yourself or stating facts which aren’t true in exchange for money, you’re strayed into the realms of false advertising or even fraud. So now it’s time for the next major red flag that I see as a pro-domme. Naturally when we see client it’s important to build up a good repour with you’re paying clients. Good business is repeat business as they say, but sometimes you always have to spot the warning signs before they arrive. So let’s say for example that you’ve had a client come to see you for a session, they have a great time and leave your dungeon with a smile on your face. It’s all happy days and everything is fine and dandy, right up until the email from said client drops into your email inbox. At first all seems fine; but then they start becoming a bit too personal with you, acting like you’re their best friend and have been a friend to them for years.

I think it’s goes without saying that just seeing a pro-domme once doesn’t automatically qualify you as their closest friends. More often than not, pro-dommes have to play a fine balancing act between their personal and professional lives. As a pro-domme I listen to a client throughout the entire time that they’re in communication with me both inside the dungeon studio and out. But I never allow clients to ask personal questions about myself unless it relates directly to my domination. So I can handle questions like “how long have you been a pro-domme for” or “do you go to kink events at all”? If a client then suddenly said to me “tell me about you’re family” or “what’s you’re phone number”, that’s an indication that their intentions towards you are a little bit more than just pro-domme and client. At this point it’s down to your discretion about how much you open up to your clients about, although personally it depends on how long you’ve known your client for.

If they’ve been someone you’ve seen for years and are a regular client, then I guess you’d be the best judge of character on their friendliness and intentions towards you. If they’re someone you’ve only seen once for a session or communicated only by email, I would reframe from handing over anything about your time outside of the dungeon. So I’ve spent some time now explaining red flags, now I feel that I should head towards the green flags or the positive aspects of kink. Even in my short years of being a kinkster I’ve seen the good, the bad and even the downright ugly. Not just in communications and appearances, but also in their day-to-day personalities as well. Alas one kinksters deepest desires is another’s absolute disgust, but that’s what I love about kink. If you’re not into a kink and you see said kink going on, you just merely walk away; it’s as simple as that folks.

No-one is going to think negatively of you for merely walking away from a kink scene if your personal views don’t align with your own. As long as you do it politely, (so not getting someone else to do it for you or simply ghosting that person outright) then you’ll be perfectly fine. Each of us has our own agendas when it comes to linking up with like-minded kinksters and fetish lovers, which is why I’m going to take a moment to recommend FetLife to everyone reading this. When I first came onto Fetlife in 2019, I honestly thought that it was a truly fabulous idea. “A pacific social media platform aimed at BDSM, kink and fetish enthusiasts, what a capital idea” I thought to myself as I filled out my profile. At this point I wasn’t a pro-domme, but I was still able to find that many pro-dommes had taken up lodgings within the confines of FetLife. It all makes sense right?

Why would you go seeking out kink related topics, images and discussions in vanilla internet pages? With sweeping government legislation making it near enough impossible for pro-dommes to advertise themselves on platforms like X, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram etc, taking up residence on FetLife seems like the most logical way forward in the 2020s. FetLife after all is a place whereby kinksters can thrive, safe in the knowledge that they won’t be judged or persecuted for their believes. In many ways I owe my early pro-domme career to FetLife, as it allowed me to seek out the many dommes and submissives which I’ve come across in my time as a kinkster. Outside of FetLife however, how would you see the green flags to kinksters which we all need? It’s a tough topic to breach, as each kinkster has their own way of operating within the community.

As bizarre as it may sound, the more sadistic a pro-domme is during a session the more welcoming they will be in real life. Some of the best pro-dommes I’ve come across over the years can perform so well in sessions that they would give even professional actors a run for their money. But then in an instant they can flick a switch in their brain from super sadistically evil to heartfelt warmly fairness. With that in mind, it’s worth mentioning about aftercare. Aftercare is probably by far the most important aspect of any session, however long or short a session may be. A very clear green flag that I would look for in a pro-domme is whether they offer aftercare or not. Aftercare is the kink version of psychology debriefing, in which the session would be discussed in detail. It’s a time for both the submissive and dominant to speak to each other as equals, in which each would give an honest opinion on each other.

To me listening to a submissive is always key to any session, regardless of whether I’ve finished a session with them or if they’ve only just stepped in through the dungeon doorway. Another green flag I’ve noticed in kinksters is how they conduct themselves while not in a session. We spend 99.9 percent of our time in the vanilla world than we do in the kink world, so if a kinkster is talking to me like a fellow human being then I will be paying them very close attention. An F.R.F (aka a first-rate fantasist) will be so far down the rabbit hole that they will truly believe that a pro-domme is actually a full time sadist. The truth is folks that if all pro-domme’s were the personas that they portray in sessions or online 24/7, it would be completely exhausting and an utter lie. To those of us who have a thing called common sense, a super green flag is one in which the pro-domme makes you feel welcome and calm.

Not every client is the same, so a green flag in a pro-domme would be one that can adapt to their surroundings and take the clients needs, safety and welfare into consideration above all else. In my pro-domme work I do come across a number of clients who have sensitive requirements. These could be (but not limited to) hypersensitive needs like an adverse reaction to loud noises, bright lights, unexpected tones of voice and so on. Before the whole meeting process, I always have to be open to spot the green flags in communications as well. I did canvas this matter in my previous article on how best to approach a pro-domme from a submissive point of view, so I’d urge you to read that article after you’ve finished this one. The bottom line is folks that if you show care and respect towards each other, you will get compassion and understanding in return. (Or as my grandmother used to say, “treat each other as you wish to be treated yourself”).

I’m sure I’m bound to find more green flags out there as time goes on; although if I have missed any other green flags in this blog piece, please feel free to enlighten me about it. I’m an open book and always hoovering up useful information all the time, so we’re never too old to learn anything. Thanks again for reading folks, as always, I can be seen for professional dungeon sessions at www.mistresssophieofhertfordshire.co.uk

Stay Kinky Everyone

Best Wishes

Mistress Sophie Of Hertfordshire

So, picture the scene. You’re sat, (or stood even) in front of your screen, whether that be a laptop, computer, smartphone or even the handy iPad tablet. You scroll through the endless pages upon pages of internet supplied professional dominatrices to choose from, starstruck by how stunning they appear before you. Finally, you settle on the perfect pro-domme in which to get your overwhelming fantasy’s urges met. Her super sexy and alluring website-based photographs making you uncontrollably drool over the keypad before you, imagining yourself in her presence. But now comes the tricky part; how best to speak to these amazing goddesses in human form. Before you get too lost into fantasy lane, it’s worth remembering the priority factor. You’re still speaking to a fellow human being, as pro-dommes are fully functioning business owners and not charity organisations.

Behind the outstanding stunning digital portraits and perfected dialogue is a hard-working individual, who has dedicated most of their time (if not all of it) to organising the perfect experience for you as a paying submissive client. In a world where the UK government seeks to drive the kink, fetish and BDSM community further underground than ever before, it’s now more important than ever that the time of a professional dominatrix is not squirreled away on hoax business enquiries. Naturally you’re never going to completely eradicate the timewasters, (or ‘keyboard masturbators’ as I like to refer to them). Having said that, it’s important never to get mistaken as a timewaster even if you’re a genuine paying client, which is far easier to do than anyone realises. With that thought in mind, I felt it may be appropriate to offer up some helpful hints and tips to those wishing to approach a pro-domme for sessions as it will conclusively help both parties to achieve their aims.

Firstly, before you even think about calling a pro-domme’s phone number or sending them an email, you need to ensure that you’ve fully studied their website from top to bottom. Find out what makes the pro-domme tick, not to mention their financial rates, plus operating times and dates of when they conduct their business. If a pro-domme states that they only work between say 9am-9pm Monday to Friday, don’t then request a session which would start at say 10pm on a Saturday. It may sound patronising to you dear reader, but it’s surprising how often clients will make contact with a pro-domme thinking that they will see clients outside of their stated opening hours. Any self-respecting dominatrix will have their basic information listed on their website, so please don’t ask the pro-domme for information which is clearly listed on their website. This is usually the first signs of a timewaster when the email communications ask “what times do you operate between Mistress”?

A message like that would go straight into the delete folder without a backwards glance, so it always pays to do your research folks. As the old saying goes “happy dommes mean happy submissives”, or in other words “treat everyone like you would want to treat yourself”. If you’re not acting idiotic towards the pro-domme, the pro-domme will be courteous and respectful towards you. Which brings me neatly onto my second piece of advice, which is that an email should be constructed carefully and respectfully. One liner’s, single word replies and even my favourite “I wish to worship you Mistress” are all guaranteed conversation killers. Think of contacting a pro-domme as like constructing a building. You wouldn’t go in straight away to a construction project for fitting the roof for example. First you stabilise and pour the foundations, then lay out the floor, then walls, then electric and plumbing etc.

If you immediately went into full fantasy mode on the first message, the pro-domme will see through you instantly as a timewaster. Also as an added point to mention, but if you find a pro-domme through their social media pages and they don’t have a professional website linked to said pages, disengage and walk away immediately. This is sadly how the majority of submissive clients end up getting scammed as they trust that the so called pro-domme is a real person and not having their social media accounts cloned. This has indeed happened to me in the past, as I learned to my horror a few years ago that some pathetic loser out there in cyberspace had cloned my X account to precure scam payments from unsuspecting submissive clients for their own ends. The way to check if you’re talking to the real domme or not is too contact them another way which isn’t via social media.

So for example, my X page before it was taken down went by the name of @M_Sophie93. No two X handles are the same, (a bit like in the same way as vehicle registration numbers). So if an identical account (say my own) appeared with images, links and bio for example, unless it said @M_Sophie93 underneath it was a fake cloned account. The pathetic loser that I speak of was operating under the name of @Albeittony or something to that effect, which I’d been told about because a client had got in touch with me via my website to ask if this was my own page. Thankfully I was able to inform said client that the account was not my own, so they were indeed grateful that I’d prevented them from being scammed by a fake account. In a world where A.I, scammers and con artists lurk around every corner it’s important now more than ever to double check who it is that you’re speaking with.

If a pro-domme has a website it means that they’ve had to put time, energy and most importantly money into said website so they are far less likely to scam you. While I’m on the subject of constructive advice, I wish to expose the overly large elephant in the room. The name of this titanic elephant is called the Online Safety Act, which came into effect in 2025. In short this was a law brought out by the UK government to safeguard children and vulnerable people online from viewing or downloading harmful content. I’d be the first to say that absolutely, children and vulnerable individuals should be being protected online as they cannot make their own decisions or judgements surrounding sensitive content. (“You can’t police someone’s fantasies” as the saying goes). So I fully support the UK governments stance on protecting the underaged and vulnerable population from harmful content online.

A close family member of mine even worked with children for over two decades, so they were able to give me the full ins and outs of what goes into safeguarding the most vulnerable members of our society. Like with all legislation however, there was always going to be victims. The introduction of the Online Safety Act meant that in the space of twenty-four hours professional dommes, anyone producing or advertising fetish, BDSM and kink content was about as welcome on the internet as a wasp at a picnic. Some of you may be reading this while subsequently rolling your eyes and crossly murmuring under your breath “yeah tell me about it, I had a platform status of several thousand followers and a healthy business which has now been utterly exterminated in one night”. This was the case with myself, as I’d hit well over 1000 followers on X before my account was taken down due to displaying quote “images of a sexual nature”.

As social media platforms continue to erode perfectly decent and hard working pro-domme profiles, it’s worth pointing out that not all hope is lost. There is still a way of finding a pro-domme on the internet without relying on social media to do so. “How can you do that” you may ask? Well it’s quite simple my darlings, as many pro-dommes are now turning to online kink directories to be found by submissives. I myself am part of at least two which go by the names of ‘Elite Mistresses’ and ‘Professional Mistresses’. Alas trying to find these websites can still be a challenge, as there’s a small but very significant internet loophole which goes by the name of ‘safe mode’. To cut a long story short (without boring you to death with all the techno babble), unless you can prove that you’re over the age of eighteen anything which is considered as adult material (which includes pro-domme websites) are hidden behind an A.I algorithm.

The A.I algorithm can be broken down and dismantled however by a simple tweak of your online protection via the internet browser settings page. Take the mighty Google for example, the worldwide reliable search engine which has dominated our internet screens for decades providing us all with everything useful from today weather forecasts to how not to blow up an egg in a microwave. I guarantee you now that if you were to type in anything into the search engine which was kink related aka ‘FetLife’ for example, the website link would fail to appear. Why? Because this is the A.I algorithm which automatically assumes that the searcher is under eighteen years of age and cannot be exposed to sexually related content. However if you were to log into your Google page using your email address, then the tables suddenly turn. Once you log in via your email address, the barriers stating that you’re under eighteen years old suddenly evaporate into thin air.

Even though you’ve logged into your internet search engine with your email address, that’s not entirely the end of the story. In order to gain access to the wonderful world of kink, fetish and BDSM without those annoying A.I bots clogging up your internet feed, you’ll need to locate your internet settings. This is where safe mode comes into the fray, as it will give you a choice of ‘filter’, ‘block’ or ‘allow full access’. Naturally the option that you want to select is ‘allow full access’ aka ‘all blocks off’, because otherwise certain kink related sites will still be stuck hidden behind the online safety firewall. So it’s worth remembering folks, when searching for anything kink related make sure to log in to your search engine page with your email address as that way you stand a far better chance of viewing all those fabulous pro-dommes out there. So by this point, you’ve finally achieved the aim of your mission of selecting the pro-domme of your choice to session with.

Now all that matters is how you approach said pro-domme, which is where the power of words comes into play. Even at this stage it’s still easy to be labelled as a timewaster, providing how you write to the pro-domme to request for their time and energy. In short you want to keep things business like and to the point, but yet add a little complementary statement every now and then. Don’t attempt to flirt with a pro-domme, as that’ll just make you look silly and borderline creepy. A professional dominatrix is a woman of business first, not a girlfriend or romantic partner. The sort of complimentary lines I would use in an initial email would be something like “your website is very clear, precise and easy to navigate” or “you’re writing truly inspired me Mistress, thank you”. These are guaranteed words which will make a pro-domme sit up and pay close attention to your session enquiry.

(Bonus points if you quote their work from their website or social media pages, as it shows the pro-domme that you’ve taken the time to do your homework on them). When it comes to lines not to say, statements such as “you’re so sexy Mistress” and “you’re so hot Mistress without any clothes on” are the fastest ways of getting transferred from the enquiry email pile to the spam delete folder. It’s like being on a date with someone for the first time. Yes, you may choose to compliment your date’s choice of clothing. But if you then stated straight afterwards “I’m picturing what you’d look like without it on”, it’s not going to instil much faith in your partner. (Especially after you’ve only just met them for the first time, because that just makes you look like you’re after sex and nothing else). It’s the same with seeing a pro-domme; after all, you’re building a working relationship with another human being.

A stable level-headed professional dominatrix will get to know their clients over time, as they will put in the work to get to know them as a regular paying submissive. This again is the beauty of viewing a pro-domme’s website/profile through your internet screen. You’re not just building a picture of what you’d look like serving said dominatrix, you’re also taking your time to choose wisely. When buying any product whether that be on the internet, in a shop or even at a car boot sale most of us will instinctively always go for what’s easiest. Buy cheap and quickly as they say, although that’s not always the best route to take. Take some time to check out the reviews, rather than just how much it would cost you in the pocket. There’s a highly likely chance that the rates of a pro-domme will differ depending on their location, what kinks they perform, as well as their overall experience level.

Naturally you’re going to get the pro-dommes which immediately demand say £500 per hour because they are in a city location or else highly skilled. If you a client who only earns say minimum wage, a £500 per hour pro-domme is going to decimate your finances in no time. Although this is where you would start to explore around a bit more. If you wished to be more regular with your fantasies, then say seeing a pro-domme for a two-hour session at a grand total of £250 is going to be more appealing to you than their £500 per hour counterpart. Now that doesn’t mean to say you should poo-poo the idea of sessioning with a £500 per hour pro-domme, as many of them are highly talented at their craft. So please don’t be running away with the idea that you shouldn’t see a cheaper pro-domme just because you think that they’re not worth the paper their written on.

Getting back to the subject of how to write your perfect initial message, here’s an excellent example of an enquiry email I was sent a whole ago now. The client who wrote this later went on to see me for three sessions, who sadly had to stop due to his failing health and dwindling funds. We had a wonderful time exploring his kinks during the three sessions together, but I wanted to share his first ever email with you so that you’ve all got an excellent idea of how best to word an email to a pro-domme when making contact with them.

Dear Mistress Sophie,

I wish to session with you please Mistress Sophie.

Pardon my forwardness my lady, but I wanted to start by saying that I’m truly in awe of you and hope that you’re having a pleasant day today. I came across your website while looking for pro-dommes local to myself here in Hertfordshire, as I had no idea that such a talent dominatrix was on my doorstep. I was most impressed by your blog writing pieces and website presentation overall, as it was easy to understand and directed me to the vital information no questions asked. I am hoping to see you for a (hour) session on a (date and time of session) this (day/week/month) which includes (kinks of choice for said session). I have no medical conditions to speak of, although my hard limits are (list hard limits).

Thank you for your time today Mistress Sophie, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours Sincerely

Submissive C

It’s worth pointing out that if a client had sent me a message like the one you’ve seen listed above, I’d be immediately ecstatic and willing to reply straight away. This is the sort of message which a client has taken the time to write properly and address the pro-domme by their appropriate title, so my typical response time on a message like this is more than likely to be within a matter of hours. (Sometimes I may be quicker at replying to messages/emails depending on whether I’m with a client or not). Although it’s worth remembering that if I don’t reply to your message within twenty-four hours it’s either because I’m super busy. Or that I’ve replied to you already and my reply to you has been redirected to your spam/bin folder rather than the main inbox. Now that we’ve canvassed the areas of initial interactions and constructing a respectful email, it’s now time to get onto the next stage of the process; payment.

Ah alas my friends, I’ve mentioned the dreaded ‘P’ word. But it’s still an important point to mention when it comes to the matter of booking up to see a pro-domme. A helpful piece of advice I can give you my darlings is this. Always ensure that you’re got your funds for the session ready to go when you send your session enquiry email. Don’t send an enquiry email if you’ve not got the means to pay for it, as this will make you look like a timewaster to a pro-domme. Time is money as the old saying goes; so it’s always a good idea to clarify that you have your debit card and money all sorted out ready for when the email/message from the pro-domme drops into your inbox with their bank details for your session deposit payment. Naturally we can’t help the circumstances like, “I don’t get paid until the end of the week” or “I’ve got a few bills coming out so I need to make sure that the money is in my account”.

With the greatest of respects guys, but sadly these are the same excuses used by timewasters to avoid paying any money to a pro-domme. So in retrospect it’s just best to save making any enquiries to see a pro-domme until you know that you’re in a financially stable position to do so. Session deposits could be put towards several elements which must be put in place before a session even begins. For example, when my own clients make session deposit payments it goes towards hiring my dungeon space for the session, makeup essentials, clothing etc. A common question that I get asked is “do you accept deposit cash payments”? The answer to this is yes, but it’s only an option which I leave open for regular clients and not first timers. So if you are a first-time client of mine, you will need to take into consideration that I’ll expect a bank transferred deposit payment before I initiate any further communications with you.

In retrospect it’s understandable why a client would request to make full cash payments. Clients can be restrained by strict financial observation, aka a shared bank account with multiple viewers. They could be fearful that large sums of money leaving their account all at once would trigger a considerable number of awkward conversations with said client’s family or friends. In some examples I’ve come across one client who was under a lasting power of attorney, indicating that their money was being monitored by others. My best advice there is to make small but rather discrete cash withdrawals every so often, which can be added together over time to make up an overall session payment. This way anyone who only monitored a bank account on a short-term basis would be hard pressed to witness a large sum of money disappearing over a considerable period.

Naturally in an ideal world a client wouldn’t need to hide their money or business transactions, as they’re family and friends would fully support them in their kink lifestyle. But as kink is still such a taboo subject with the vast majority of society, it’s going to take a long time until such matters can be discussed openly within the household. So you’ve managed to sort out your deposit payment, you’ve been sent your session information by text or email from the pro-domme and now there’s the act of attending the session itself. By far one of the most common questions that I get asked from submissive clients is “what should I wear to a session”? You never get a second chance to make a first impression as they say, so the same goes for when meeting a pro-domme. Now I’m not suggesting that you show up to your session in a tuxedo and tailcoat while perching a top hat on your head.

That would be ridiculous and immediately draw attention to yourself, which is the number one element you don’t want to do. Many pro-dommes operate from dungeons or their own personal homes, which are normally in built up areas and overlooked by neighbours. Trust me when I tell you this, but a pro-domme would not smile kindly on you if you showed up in anything remotely kink related. The list of fetish and kink related clothing is too long to list here, so if you’re in doubt about what constitutes as kink or fetish related clothing then please ask around among the kink community. Or if need by, you can always consult the pro-domme that you’re going to visit for your session. So the number one rule goes that you arrive to your session in vanilla clothing and depart in vanilla clothing. Many a pro-domme also operate their business without the knowledge of their neighbours, so you risk exposing the pro-dommes line of work if you show up in kink related clothing.

It’s certainly true that you could saunter down a city street in say London, Birmingham or even Manchester in your latex gimp suit whilst sporting an accompanying collar and lead without even so much of a backwards glance or the odd occasional raised eyebrow. But repeating the same stunt in an urban residential area outside the city limits in full view of a pro-dommes private living space will not go down well at all. That doesn’t mean to say that every pro-domme would condemn your actions of placing your kinks on full display. But as the famous wording goes, it’s always best to err on the side of caution especially if you’ve never seen said pro-domme before. So there you have it; some truly helpful hints and tips for all you lovely submissive clients out there on how best to approach a pro-domme for booking a session with them. Now comes the part where you’re asking how you can get in touch with me for a session.

By far the best way is via my website at www.mistresssophieofhertfordshire.co.uk. My website also contains my other links to my throne page and also BlueSky account. Thanks for reading folks, and as always, stay kinky.

My best wishes to you all

Great news everyone, I am now on BlueSky!

After a bit of a break from being rudely dumped by X formally Twitter, (their loss I guess), I’ve been able to set up a BlueSky account which I shall be linking down below.

@mistresssophie93.bsky.social

I had well over 1000 followers on my X platform before it was taken down, so please help me everyone to try and get up to the same numbers again if not higher this time. 🙂

Looking forward to hearing from you all on BlueSky.

Best Wishes

Mistress Sophie Of Hertfordshire

Greetings Everyone,
I hope we’re all keeping well. I wish to say a huge thank you to Slave I for this latest review of my dominant ways. I’ll let Slave I tell you the rest.
“I was very fortunate that Mistress Sophie was willing to see me on a Sunday evening at short notice when I was in Hertford. And what an experience it was. A stunning well-equipped dungeon in which I could have spent hours, but sadly I did not have the time. We had some really good ‘play’, combining sensitive and challenging moments. It’s a long time since I have been pegged but I was keen to try and she was very skilled, careful and quietly thrusting all in one – adding up to a memorable experience – I think for both of us. If I had the opportunity I would certainly be back for more -she is a very special lady with great gifts you can enjoy. Thank you so much Mistress Sophie.
Slave I”
